Our friend, Monica, was diagnosed with cancer that eventually spread throughout her body. While going into treatment for her diagnosis, she would have waves of improvement and decreased health. Ultimately, on Wednesday, August 20th, we were informed that the cancer that spread to her liver was too much to treat and her liver would soon fail. With that information, she was given several weeks to live; however, on Friday, August 22nd, she passed away that morning unexpectedly.

Monica has left her 2 children in our care, Adrianna and Corrigan, along with the power to take care of her end-of-life procedures. That leaves us to the GoFundMe. The funds we're requesting will go towards paying for her funeral, any remaining bills she had, and her children since she didn't have much funds saved up. Unfortunately, we're also not very well off either and have our daughters currently going to college and trade school to cover as well, but still want to honor Monica the best way we can.
