Thursday the 28th of March, Michael aged 13, was walking home from school with his younger brother Jack, when he was struck by a car on the corner of Allan street and Saunders street in Kyabram, he was placed in a coma and airlifted to the Royal Children’s Hospital.

Michael has a broken femur and hips that requires a halo to hold them in place, Michaels MRI has shown he has sustained severe brain trauma to significant parts of his brain, it is unknown what Michael will be like when he wakes up as a result of this.

Michael is the kind of kid you would see with a cheeky grin from ear to ear and instantly lights you up, he is well loved by his friends and family.

Michaels mum Kate runs her own family daycare, she is now unable to work for an unknown period of time, it would be great to be able to help out. Kate is always so giving and friendly it’s the least we can do to give a little back.
