Help With Memphis's Surgery

Dear family and friends,

You probably thought we were done talking about tumors -- but, no. It appears that Memphis, in a rare feat of overachievement for a cat, has grown two large tumors: one on his spleen and one on his liver. How big are these tumors, you ask? Large enough to have shifted his other internal organs out of place.

For that reason, he's getting them removed. But it's going to cost $7500 (in addition to the $3600 we've already paid in diagnostic and consultation fees). Unfortunately Memphis does not have the kind of insurance that Allyson does, so we're paying for this entirely out of pocket.

We normally wouldn't ask for help, but this whole process has been very expensive and, well, we need help. Memphis needs help. Anything you can pitch in would be hugely appreciated.
