On March 19, 2021, Donna Carter, 52, passed away suddenly in Belleville, IL. Donna leaves behind her mother, Annitta White, three children, Allen Carter, Annitta Carter, and Mary Carter, as well as numerous other loved ones.
Donna Carter was born on September 24, 1968 in Belleville, IL. She worked at Nascote for 15 years and enjoyed boating, shopping, going to the casino, and spending time with loved ones. Donna was very close to her mother and siblings, Denise Duboise, Dawn Fernandez, Roger Carter, Carolyn Carter, Keith Carter, and survived the passing of her sister Brandy White. Donna was extremely proud of her children and loved them more than anything. She will be missed tremendously.
Donna was loved dearly by everyone and her loss has been devastating to the entire family. Due to the unexpected nature of Donna's death, family is requesting donations from the local community to assist in covering the costs of any funeral/memorial services.
