Help with Memoral services for Matthew Applegate

Matthew passed away this morning. He lived life to the fullest, and loved with his entire heart. My dad, brother and I are devastated at his passing so soon. Matt suffered addiction for many years. He tried so hard to make life right but the addiction was stronger than the fight this time. Of course noone is prepared to for a loved one to pass so we as a family are asking to send matt off with a proper goodbye that we can all remember. Please find it in your heart to make this situation just a little easier...
