Help Support Post Double Transplant Recovery

Hello, My name is James, but most people know me as Jimbob. I served 

in the service until I was diagnosed at 18 with type 1 Bittle Diabetes; my journey was rough initially, with many hospital stays with my sugar spiking. I took 5 to 10 shots of insulin and was put on an insulin pump. Things had gotten much better, but my diabetes had taken a toll on my body. My vision had been affected by diabetic retinopathy, and I now have kidney disease. I must take shots in both of my eyes from swelling and hemorrhage. I am also now on dialysis for my kidney disease and have been put on the transplant list for a kidney and a pancreas. I am making a GoFund Me to help pay for traveling (gas), medications, and hotel stays for my appointments and transplant surgery.
