Dear Friends and Family,
So many people have already reached out in prayer and asked what they can do to help. So, despite what Sue and Scott would ever want, here goes…
Hi, I’m Joanne and together with our family, we are raising funds for my truest friend and Sister-in-law. Sue was involved in a horrific accident when she was doing what she loves, camping and trail riding at Otter Creek. Her living quarters horse trailer exploded (details are still unknown). She is at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse in the burn unit with multiple other injuries. Sue is currently in stable condition but has a long, windy trail ahead of her to recovery. We are asking for financial help with medical bills, and expenses in caring for her. There is no greater gift for healing then being surrounded by the love of family and friends. Both sides of Sue’s family depend on farming for their livelihoods. She is an instrumental part in this. The crops, the trucking, the family farmstand.
Time waits for no one, so we must farm on. If you know Sue, you know her reputation and personality precede her. She may be tiny, but she’s fierce and a fighter.
By the Grace of God Sue is here with us today to share her presence and exuberance for life. For that we give thanks.
We are grateful for your thoughts and prayers, and for any donations you are able to provide at this time. Together we can ensure Sue is provided with the best care possible and the support that she needs every step of the way. Thank you for your prayers, kindness, generosity and support.
Be safe!
Happy Trails to all!
With love and appreciation,
Sue Kennedy’s Family
