Hello, my name is Kathy Inslee and I started this to help Kristin with medical costs. Kristin was diagnosed with Stage 2 Her-2 Positive Breast Cancer in August of 2021. Because of Kristin's family history, she decided to have a bilateral mastectomy and anticipated everything would end there. When the pathology came back, it showed there was cancer in the lymph node. That information completely changed her treatment plan. Kristin is now 4 chemo treatments into a 6 treatment plan. The cost of the chemo treatments, follow-up shots, fluids, and monthly medications are astronomical. Even though Kristin has insurance, her deductible and out of pocket costs are creating a financial hardship. She has been resistant to allow me to start one of these because she didn't feel like she deserved the help as much as others might. I have finally convinced her that her needs are just as important and I believe there are plenty of people who love her and would be willing to help. We understand that we are all still trying to recover from a dreadful 2020, so if you can't give we understand and just ask you send up prayers on her behalf instead.
