Help with medical expenses for Drake Starnes

Hi. My name is Nikki Revels and I am setting up this GoFundMe page on behalf of Holly Terry, Drake Starnes' mom.

Drake is 13 years old. He has had several pediatric consultations over the past couple of months for joint pain and what was initially thought to be your standard infections; however, he took a turn for the worse on Wednesday and was taken to Levine Children's Hospital for a more thorough consult. Drake had a battery of tests ran and on Thursday morning, 12/9/21, they received the news that his diagnosis was Type B leukemia. He was scheduled for and had spinal tap and bone marrow procedures completed on Friday- those results are still pending. At this time, he has received an initial round of chemo and his remaining treatment plan will be contingent on the results of his results from those procedures.

As you can imagine, this has been a whirlwind for their family. Medical bill copays are already being requested, which is the last thing they want to have to think about at this time, and he has months of treatment ahead.
