Help with medical expenses for Diesel Dave

Dear friends,

David "Diesel" Padberg is currently facing a life threatening illness, and needing all of the support he can get as he has many treatments ahead of him. 

We are trying to raise the funds to help offset the medical expense that will not be covered by insurance. These treatments are too costly to pay for alone. 

Diesel is a legend in his own-right known far and wide in our community, and many will recognize him as the master of ceremonies at the past decade or so Shallow Sport Owner's Tournaments. 

He is always willing to lend a hand to our community, so lets rally together and do the same for him.
