Hi my name is Chris. I'm not one to ask for help for myself, but I'm currently in a situation where I'm just going to have to. I just found out I have a slipped veretbrae. Yeah you read that right. It's causing me great pain and difficulty walking. I'm waiting on my MRI results, but I work in a state funded mental hospital (been there since 1997,) which you can well imagine can get fairly physical. I'm not sure when I can return to work and am currently out without pay because I exhausted all of my PTO and FML last year having multiple surgeries to correct nagging chronic pains. I did all of that to return to some semblance of normalcy and now I'm struck down with this. I'm at the end of my rope here. I know times have been tough for folks, but if you're able to help I sure would appreciate it! Not only do I have previous and looming medical costs, but also the usual monthly stuff too.
