Help with Medical costs for Jack Goldsworthy

I am Jack's Aunt Tracy, Most of you know Jack was in a terrible car accident and has a broken back which has crushed his spinal cord. He is undergoing surgery as i type this to repair his back and spinal cord. He does not have medical insurance and will be out of work for months if not longer. Anything will help him. As more updates become available i will be posting them. As for now Please keep Jack and Nate in your prayers as they both have a long road ahead of them.
