Support for Silas Through His Medical Recovery

My nephew, Silas, was hit by a jeep while driving his motorcycle on his way from work to get a hair cut tonight. Thankfully, he is alive and is currently at Vanderbilt in Nashville with a punctured lung, broken ribs, a broken collarbone, and he is having surgery tomorrow for a broken femur. If anyone can help at all by donating and/or sharing our fundraiser, we would all greatly appreciate it. Silas is an awesome guy who gives his all to his family, friends, and community through his work. He is not one to ask for help, so we are doing that for him. He will not be able to work for some time, and according to an accident and injury attorney his cousin spoke to, Silas's medical bills are expected to be over $100,000.00, and he would be required to pay that unless, and until, a settlement can be reached. The attorney would be owed a third of whatever settlement he is awarded. Although the total cost of his medical care is overwhelming, any amount we can contribute toward that and to keeping him financially afloat will ease the stress of this situation so he can focus on healing and getting back on his feet.
