lovebugs, geez I never thought in a million years I'd be writing one of these for myself but here I am. So for the last 3 months I have been experiencing some discomfort.. I of course changed my diet, prayed and meditated. My appetite diminished, which was cause for a little concern and then mobility had became challenging. Cleansing had revealed an

illness that I had been complaining about for years but because I am a woman and of color my concerns were not heard so I advocated for myself by preserving myself holistically. Well the tipping point came and I apparently could not by myself alone control the fact that I needed advanced medical attention and for medical staff to actually LISTEN AND PAY ATTENTION. Well that happened this week. After spending a day and a half in the ER they discovered two tumors on my ovaries, swelling in my abdomen from fluid and liver complications. All I could think about was who would care for my elderly mother if something was to happen to me. How would community that I love be safe, how would my husband survive another tragedy. Ya'll a host of what if's came flooding through. and most of how i would be able to afford HEALING  not being able to work or get the best care and research for myself while trying show up for everything,. It would be near impossible if I did not reach out to my community that I have served immensely and tirelessly day in and day out!. This is truly humbling and im okay with that, with this new day begins a new journey to learn and share and teach from what ever God says this is and Im here for that. What ever when you can is so greatly appreciated. I am praying that God restores my total health in healing me and that my every need is met without pause. Ya'll this is so not easy and knowing that I have to be quick and aggressive in dealing with this. Planning, step by step and executing with urgency. HERE I AM.
