My name is Noah, I am a 21 year old Orthodox Christian convert and God willing a soon to be Seminarian. Unfortunately I am in $4247 of medical debt that will prevent me from attending seminary at ROCOR’s Jordanville seminary program. In October of 2018 while working at a factory, I experienced an incident with my heart that sent me to the hospital. I was born with TOF or Tetralogy of Fallot, which is a rare heart condition that can often be fatal if untreated, this has caused other long term health issues for me. After my stay in the hospital I was told I am unable to lift over 25 pounds, so I was forced to quit my job at the factory. I also have no health insurance and do not qualify for Medicaid. As you can imagine my TOF has made finding a job quite difficult, which in turn makes paying off the medical bills very challenging. I have applied for disability to receive accommodations for work but have been denied. I have been in and out of the hospital several times in my life. I do not anticipate having another stay in the hospital but it is likely I will. I ask that you pray for me and that you consider donating so I will be able to study at Jordanville without the added stress of owing thousands of dollars to the hospital.

and my denial letter from SSI
