My name is Paul, and I’m reaching out alongside a few friends to support someone close to us, Jerimiah, who is Mutake School's headteacher's husband, he recently suffered a serious leg injury.

While working with granite slabs, one accidentally fell and broke his leg. He now needs surgery, including the fitting of a metal plate to stabilise the injury.

As you can imagine, this has come with unexpected costs. The surgery alone is around £2,000, and during this time he’s also unable to work. We’re hoping to raise funds to help ease some of that pressure so he can focus on recovering. The additional costs of physio and medication have also added to the bill.

Any donations will go directly towards his medical treatment and related costs. Even a small contribution - £5 or £20 - really does make a difference. And if you’re not in a position to donate, simply sharing this would mean a lot.
