Learning to walk

I was in a severe car accident on November 8th, 2017. I broke my back, shattered my spine L1-L3, and need help paying for rehab and medications for my chronic pain and learning how to walk again. My medical bills came out to be $800,000, and I could use any help available. We're struggling as my wife is the only one who can work now.
