Help with Marianne's Home Care

Hi Friends, My name is Paul and I am Marianne's oldest son. Our mom was just diagnosed with liver failure and her physical condition went from bad to worse in a matter of a couple of weeks. My brothers and I are planning to keep her in her home for as long as possible where she will be the most comfortable. Unfortunately this comes with costs that we need some help with.

Let me give you a brief overview of my Mom in case you don't know her.

Our mom has lived in her home for the past 56 years and she has never ever asked for a hand out from anyone, in fact she never complains about anything. My mom has been on her own since we lost our Dad 16 years ago and she's been managing her house with little or no help needed from me and my brothers. Mom is first to raise her hand with either helping with a fundraiser or leading the fundraiser. Marianne has been the town crime watch captain for over 30 years and was just recognized for her volunteer work from the Mayor and Chief of Police of Torrington. During our younger years she was involved with the Torrington Little League with our Dad and she was also a den mother with the cub scouts. Our Mom spent 20 years working at St. Francis School organizing and cooking at the school cafeteria and coordinating the CCD classes and Altar boy schedule.

All funds raised will go directly to home care services which are needed as soon as possible
