Help with Luke's Leukaemia Treatment
Donation protected
*all donations will go directly to Luke and his family.
In November 2023, our friend, Luke, was diagnosed with a form of leukaemia known as AML. This came as a shock to all of us, as he is a healthy 25-year-old. Within a week of discovering his diagnosis, he began chemotherapy. He was transferred to St Bartholomew's Hospital in London, where he will be spending five months undergoing intense treatment, followed by a year long journey.
As you can imagine, being his close friends, we are in shock and disbelief, not only for him but also for his family. Luke and his family are currently employed full-time, but with Luke's inability to work, his family will face financial strain in supporting him throughout his treatment. Financial contributions of any amount would be greatly appreciated and would significantly alleviate the burden of his diagnosis.
Throughout the coming year, we, as his close friends, will be organizing various fundraising events and challenges to support his treatment. Luke faces a challenging journey ahead, and we hope to see him recover and achieve remission.
