Help with Lucca’s medical bills
Soccer brings many people together and soccer has one of the best communities.. some just met Luca and others have known him for awhile. From the little I’ve known Luca he’s a good soccer player, but a better person! Let’s help one of our own!
On Wednesday night, Luca suffered from a seizure that left him unresponsive for a few seconds while doing what he loves the most, playing soccer. Luckily a friend and teammate was able to give him CPR and keep him conscious until the ambulance came. He was transported to Norwalk Hospital where he was kept for a few days. Following this accident, Luca continued to have seizure episodes and it was tough to get him stable. After many attempts of different medications he was finally treated for epilepsy and it helped him begin to talk again and he was able to slowly start eating again.
Thank God Luca is home now, but is being kept under observation for 3 months to see how this medication affects his day to day life. Unfortunately he is unable to work or do any activities that he loves such as go hiking with his dog, go running, etc. during this time frame.
We are asking anybody and everybody who knows Luca or wants to help out to donate and share as much as you can so we can help his family with his medical bills and continued physical therapy to get him back 100% healthy. Luca is a loving and caring person who never hesitates to help anyone in need. As friends, we should reciprocate that love and all pitch in to make medical bills one less thing to stress about.
Thank you so much!
