Help with Loki's medical expenses

Loki found me nine years ago. She was skinny and skittish and won my heart quickly.

I first noticed that something wasn't quite right when she wasn't greeting me in the morning and not hanging around to get pets from me after work. She recently had dental work done at the end of December and had been placed on several antibiotics and a diet of soft food so that she could heal.  This new diet caused her to have liquid stool which I thought might firm up once she resumed her normal diet. When she resumed her normal kibble diet (with a few extra treats here and there) she still continued to have liquid stools.

Wednesday  morning returning home from work Loki seemed lethargic and vomited, which was very unusual for her. I was very worried about her all day Thursday while at work.  I got out of work and found Loki sitting in a place she usually doesn't and she didn't seem herself. On Friday when it was time for me to go to work, I went to seek her out and it seemed to me that she was in the exact spot that I had left her the previous day. I talked with a doctor, they advised bringing her in and having her checked out at the emergency hospital.

Loki has been hospitalized since Friday, February 7th. She has had multiple blood tests, a urine cytology, x-rays, and ultrasound she has seen multiple doctors and even gone to a specialty doctor for the ultrasound and fine needle aspirations of her liver. She has been on fluids for dehydration and multiple antibiotics as she had a fever which recently has stabilized. She has not eaten since Wednesday morning and her liver levels are now elevated. She is starting to look jaundiced and is now gagging when offered food. The next steps in Loki's care are placement of a NG tube to insure that she is getting calories so that her liver levels can get back to normal. She is being treated for feline pancreatitis and infection and there are multiple samples of blood and fluid out to labs that will hopefully  give me some answers as to what may be happening with my baby.

It is hard for me to ask for help. It always has been, but I cannot do this by myself. I am working a full time job and have very little in my savings account.  I put all of my pet's health above my own, I always have. I try to be the be the best cat dad that I can. Some of my family doesn't understand this or have the same attachment to animals that I do.

Loki is a fighter. She needs your help. I need your help.
