Help with living expenses from MC accident

Hi, my name is Ricky Harvel and I am exhausting my funds in my bank account for living expenses and medications, I pray that you can find it in your heart to help me out.. I  was in New Mexico at our National Club meeting and we all were on a ride and we came to a stop. I had my safe space from the other riders, then I looked up and I saw a vehicle that the driver was heading directly towards me,  I had no time to react as he hit me and my motorcycle,  causing over 30 fractures to my left leg, ankle and heal as well as breaking my clavicle, ribs,and shoulder. The next thing I remember was waking up in the hospital.  I'm home now and I've had 4 surgeries to get my leg and ankle and heal so that I can walk again.
