My life changed suddenly on September 30, 2025, when I had a bad fall and broke my shoulder in three places. Since then, I’ve been unable to work and had to undergo shoulder replacement surgery on October 9, 2025. I’m currently on a leave of absence from my job at Walmart, and because I’m under a doctor’s care, I’m not able to collect unemployment. I’m doing everything I can to recover and hope to return to work before January 2026, but right now, things are very uncertain.
