Help with Levi's Surgical Medical Expenses

Hi everyone. I'm setting up this GoFundMe because me and my family's dog Levi is in need of surgery and we could really use help with the medical bills. Levi Jeans Coyle is 9 years old and still has many years to go!

Unfortunately, he does not have pet insurance at the moment and he needs a perineal hernia repair, and will also be neutered during that surgery. If you don't know what that is: "A perineal hernia occurs when there is a weakening or traumatic tear in the muscles of the area, resulting in the bladder, intestines, or fat pushing through the muscle to an abnormal position just under the skin." I've read that this is common in unneutered male dogs, but according to the veterinarian, if left untreated, it can cause worse complications and result in an even more expensive surgery.

We have gotten a few price ranges, but the cost can vary depending on the complexity, and since we are not sure how much to prepare for yet, any little bit counts! I will spare everyone from seeing photos of the lump on his rump, but here are X-rays of the mass that needs to be surgically removed.
