Dear Friends and Family,

Honestly, I don’t even know how to start this. I need help helping my child. She is not mentally or physically safe while she is in her mother's care. Multiple DHS calls have been placed by multiple people and entities to no avail. I have years’ worth of documentation of physical abuse, addiction, and violence toward and around Lily. Most recently the abuse has opened yet another investigation. They are currently homeless and have been for the past 6 months. This is the 3rd time in 4 years.

Even with all this my ex is petitioning for full custody with zero visitation for me. That is where I need help. My only option is to retain legal counsel. I have found out that I do not qualify for legal aid and pro bono opportunities have not been available to me thus far. I have sold vehicles and personal tools but with everything going on in the world I just cannot do it on my own.

The legal fees pertaining to this case is $6,500. My attorney is a very competent man who has successfully represented me in similar matters in the past. Please, any little bit will help save Lily. Thank you so much. I love you all.
