I'm not one to do this but at this point I have no choice. Because of what's going on I can't be to detailed on names and other certain things. 

I need your help, im being sued for something I had nothing to do with.

On February 6th 2020 Thursday night at the Backdoor trail during KOH someone was crushed by a rig that flopped over while attempting to make it up the Backdoor trail. This person was standing right in front 5ft away from the rig with his 2 year old in his hands when this happened... I have video from YouTube and even what looks like him being told to move a minute before being crushed.( https://youtu.be/2Ey0V2u7SrM ) I even showed up, seen the rig already flopped over and the guy get carried out as I was walking up that same night.

On August 4th 2021 I got served.The guy who got crushed states he goes to the bash that night, gets crushed, and that should have never happened to him.The papers don't state an exact reason for me being in the lawsuit so we just are assuming they thought I was affiliated with KOH.We couldn't get ahold of the guys lawyer. We called the owner of KOH as they are in this lawsuit also and tried to ask if he could help us out and give us a letter saying I no affiliation with KOH. He didn't want to and was saying I'm the reason this was happening because I was promoting and hosting an event during his event.

I am not affiliated with KOH in anyway, I don't promote, or host events during KOH. You have to pay to become a sponsor or anything with KOH and that was never done.I had no choice but to hier a lawyer and now have to fight to prove I should have never been involved in this in the first place and now have to fight to prove I didn't promote or host an event that night.

The way things are looking with this lawsuit is going to drag on for awhile but I'm hope I'm wrong on that one.With everything going on and a different situation that many of yall know about I'm dealing with, this is really taking a toll on me financially.

Anything is appreciated as it'll help me fight off this lawsuit and make things right.
