Help with Kyle's Spinal Surgery

My name is Kyle Hollander. I am 21 years old. I thought I was doing everything right. I was going to the gym regularly, eating right, and going to school every day. But back in May of 2018 one day I wasn't able to move and had to be taken to the hospital. After multiple different doctors and many different and painful procedures I was diagnosed with a severely ruptured L5/S1 disk. Because of this I am unable to sit for any period of time which makes going to class extremely painful and difficult as well as not being able to lift anything more than around 15 pounds.

I am making this GoFundMe because I am in need of spondylosyndesis surgery which is a complete fusion of my L5 and S1 vertebrates. With this surgery and months of rehab to follow it I am hoping to regain at least 80% of my normal movement, which is something that I do not have at the moment. Please help me be able to live my life again at least somewhat.
