Our family has been through some things in the past months but nothing compares to losing the matriarch that has kept us all together. Jonathan's mother, Bev, Jaden, Tianna and Marshall's grandmother is passing away. She is being helped by hospice at home because her organs are failing and the main reason is when she was of sound mind, she wrote in her wishes that if she ever lost her memory or got dementia she didn't want to go on living like that. Unfortunately, she is suffering from dementia now due to her prior strokes. She has family also in CT who love her and wish they could be here with her. But the truth is we don't have the money for when the time comes to give her a proper burial. We can't even get her family in CT out here to see her before she passes. Her doctor said he believes if she stays strong like she always has, then we may have up to 2 weeks. We are terrified of the short time the doctor has given especially since there are no life insurance policies or other savings for an event like this. It all happened so fast. Our family feels broken and desperate. Judy deserves a proper burial just like anyone else and we have only at most 2 weeks to provide that for her. Amongst her wishes is not to be cremated. We are trying to reach people near and far during what is supposed to be a time for family and giving to ask for help for this special woman. We are hoping you can share or donate. With all of our thanks, the Tobey family
