My Grandma Joy was in a bad accident on Sunday. We aren't sure exactly what happened but something broke on her bike and it flipped. She has a traumatic brain injury, a laceration on her liver, a broken neck, collar bone, wrists, femur, tibia, foot, pelvis, bones in her face and 12-15 broken ribs. She also had to have a tracheostomy to help her breathe. By the grace of God she is still alive and fighting, but it is going to be a VERY long journey. My Mom is currently by her side in the ICU and will be taking care of her for the foreseeable future. We don't know how long her recovery will take or how much it will cost, but absolutely every dollar helps & will go towards taking care of her and making sure she continues to get better.
