Hello, my name is Jon and in April of 2019 i was diagnosed with stage 2 Anal Cancer. Since then i’ve been in an on and off battle with my health.
During the past 2 years i’ve gone through surgery, radiation therapy and many doctor appointments. Due to treatment and the covid-19 pandemic I was in a place in my life where I could not work a full time job so that I could focus on my health. The cost of cancer treatments has become a financial burden and has left me with several overdue medical bills. I was able to receive help from many of my loved ones which I am beyond grateful for. However, even with their help I still have medical debt i need to take care of.
It is my hope that I can receive help to ease my financial burden so i can start to get my life back on track. Your donations will help pay off the monstrous copays and medical bills. I greatly appreciate any help at this time.
