Help with Johnny's Hospital Bill

Hi All,

As many of you know, Johnny had two seizures this past week and was rushed to the ER in an ambulance in Hutchinson. After several hours there, we were transferred by ambulance to St. Francis Hospital in Wichita where we have been the last three days.

In addition to the stresses of Johnny's medical emergency, there's a major financial worry with the ambulance rides, ER and PICU stays, and the battery of tests performed. I know we're going to have a large deductible payment headed my way in a few weeks. I recently started a new job, but my savings reserve was used over the last year. As a self-employed machinist, Kyle also doesn't have much in the way of saving to help us toward this payment either. Any help that can be provided by our family and friends would be greatly appreciated. Even if we don't reach the full deductible amount through this GoFundMe, it will help us have a more manageable payment plan when the time comes.

Any funds we don't need toward Johnny's medical bills, we will donate to The Epilepsy Foundation. (Johnny has NOT been diagnosed with Epilepsy, but given that that reason for his hospitalization is seizure activity, this feels appropriate.)
