Help with Jake Shannahan’s medical bills

As some of you know my boyfriend Jake Shannahan was in a bad motorcycle accident, he was ran off the road by a car and broke his leg, hip, shoulder, and punctured a lung. He is undergoing multiple surgeries and being sent to a rehabilitation facility to recover and start being able to walk and move around again. He doesn’t have insurance and can’t work for a long time so anything helps! Please share and help us while jake recovers from this horrible situation.
