This is the hardest thing by far we have ever had to go through. Isaiah was traveling along with his girlfriend and another friend along US 284/85 when the driver lost control and wrecked. The truck rolled and all 3 teens were ejected and died instantly. This happened in the early hours of Wednesday January 27th.
Isaiah, was very special and was loved very very much. He was so smart, funny, and kind but most of all, he had a heart of pure Gold. He did not have a mean bone in his body. He was so loving, so caring and never ever left or hung up the phone without saying I LOVE YOU. He LOVED ALL his family so much and his siblings were so close to him and with him being the oldest, they all looked up to him. We were so happy he found a soul mate who shared some of his same qualities and who genuinely loved him and took such good care of him. Isaiah loved to cook, and eat and his girlfriend Lia, who passed with him, loved to cook and bake.
Everyone who was a part of his life will miss him dearly.
Please, help us lay Isaiah to rest. He deserves the best. He would help anyone in need and would literally give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. This is something we never thought we would have to go through. No parent should ever have to bury their child. This pain is unbearable.
Isaiah has 5 other siblings who have to now live without him.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out and who has prayed for and with us. Also for the food that fed the family these last 2 days. Everything is greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for anything you are able to give.
The Maestas Family
