Dear Friends,

As some of you may know, my beloved Grandson, Ian “Bubba” Vantine was diagnosed with Juvenile Huntington's Disease in 2019. Huntington's Disease is a vicious disease with no known cure. Ian is now nine years old, and is currently in Hospice care at The Ernestine M. Raclin House in Mishawaka, Indiana. This disease has ravaged our baby boy, and efforts are being made to make him as comfortable as possible in the final stage of his battle.

We are completely devastated by this situation and are struggling to find the funds to cover the costs of his final expenses. These expenses include: funeral costs, grave site memorial, and help with travel costs for Ian's immediate family. In addition to dealing with their loving son Ian's affliction, his parent's Dustin & Jennifer learned last year that Ian's ten year old brother, Elijah has also been diagnosed with this terrible condition.

It seems so much for one family to bear alone. I am starting a Go Fund Me to ask for help for Ian's family in these trying times. We want to give Ian the memorial that he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.
