Help with hit and run repair

I went to walmart and came out to find someone hit and ran my car. Now I am left with the damage repair. This accident, even though I was not present and I was parked in the walmart parking lot, is falling under collision with my policy and will greatly affect me financially. I just bought this car in January this year and have a high car payment and insurance payment. My struggle goes deeper than just this accident but also a struggle of maintaining finaces in general.
