The devastation caused by the bush fires currently burning in Australia is unprecedented, awfully terrifying and our hearts are heavy for the affected communities, people, wildlife, firefighters, volunteers and land.

Like many people all over the world, we want to do our little bit to try and help! 

Khan has come up with a hero workout, “HEART”. This work out is in honour of the incredible displays of selflessness, love and kindness by the thousands of people, many of which are volunteers, fighting the fires and supporting those affected by them AND the millions of people raising awareness across the globe.

The workout is designed to be simple and easily scaled for any fitness level. It will challenge you just that little bit, for sure! But coming together to face challenges as a community is exactly what we are here for!

We will be hosting this workout as an event next Sunday 19th January at CROSSFIT PLAY Sydney and invite EVERYONE  and ANYONE to come along and fitness for a donation!

However, you don't need to be in Sydney to be apart of it. In fact, you don't need to be a fitness enthusiast to get involved in our campaign.

Here are two other ways:

1. Wherever you are in the world, whatever gym, get your crew together,  complete the workout, share photos and videos online, dig deep into your pockets, donate and help us make a difference, supporting those who need us!

2. Simply spread the word, the page and the love with a contribution to the cause. Whether its $1 or $100 - every single cent makes a world of difference.

CHARITY: Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Service
We have spoken directly with some of the volunteer firefighters and they have told us this is one of the best charities to contribute to. The Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Service provides AUSTRALIA WIDE support those who’ve lost their homes, businesses, or loved ones in these fires. ALL funds raised goes directly to the charity!

All you need to complete the workout is a single dumbbell and a bit of heart ❤️ A big thank you from the bottom of ours!

The workout is:

“All Heart”

1600m run (can swap for any erg machine)


5x rounds
20 burpees
10 single arm dumbbell snatches
10 single arm dumbbell thrusters (5 each arm)
10 single arm dumbbell devils presses (alternating arms)


400m run with your dumbbell (carried any way)

Recommended weight is 22.5/15kg (50/35lbs)
