Hannah has been having some unexplained bleeding since August of 2020, there has been no explanation for it. She's been to the ER 5 times for this same issues, and they've referred out to a GI specialist, the first GI specialist did a colonoscopy in November of 2020 and came back saying there was a gluten intolerance. After cutting out gluten, the issue is still persistent. When up and being active and lifting the bleeding seems to get worse. Hannah and her husband have recently moved to SC due to housing issues in Atlanta GA, and trying to get on their feet. They don't have health insurance as they can't afford it currently, which makes this all alot harder. They don't currently have the extra funds to afford the care Hannah needs, and the testing that needs to be done. But Hannah's bleeding has been getting worse and worse, and it needs to be addressed, they have to do an upper endoscopy to try and figure out what's going on. The ER has said she has an Ucler as well as a GI bleed either upper or middle, but there has to be a scope done to find exactly where it is. Until Hannah can afford the care she needs, she isn't able to eat any solids, as it can make things worse. She is on a diet of baby food, some mashed potatoes, plain rice, apple sauce, and broth soups. Originally it was said pudding, yogurt and ice cream was okay, but due to the ulcer dairy is a no go as it makes symptoms worse. Anything helps her get closer to getting answers!
