Hello everyone!
I am horrible at asking for help, but I have to acknowledge that self-sufficiency can be the death of you. Approximately $1000 was stolen out of my savings account in false Uber and UberEats between July and October sending me down the biggest spiral of insecurity (first and last time I deal with fraud hopefully). There has been no news concerning the case, so I believe my case for fraud was denied. Concurrently, I have a debilitating, chronic eye disease caused by toxoplasmosis which prevents me from using corrective eyewear (no glasses or contacts for now), which makes every day living nearly impossible. I am moving back to my parents so I can be more physically and mentally stable, but the amount set up is to help get the money I had lost so I can use it to finish my lease at my current apartment, my medical expenses related to my eye disease (retinal specialists, options for corrective wear once treatment is complete) and transportation from my parent's home to Boston for counseling services and health appointments! There's no hard deadline at the moment, but as my health falters, anything soon helps, but I'm grateful for any help at any time. Every penny goes towards me being able to do things for myself and not be held back by circumstances eating away at my overall health. Anything over the amount will be sent back!
Thank you so much for reading, spreading the word, helping in a way you can! I (and my eyes) will be forever indebted to anyone who is able to help!
