Help With Gorehound's Playground Operational Costs
Donation protected
Community assistance is needed!
We need your help to preserve the only remaining video rental business in Northern Colorado.
Our History: In this age of digital streaming the choices available to you for quality entertainment are limited.
We have been working hard to build this business out of the ashes of a local small business which provided video rental services to the City of Fort Collins for close to 30 years.
Scott Sheppard and his family owned the Village Vidiot here in Fort Collins for decades and we share the same passion and dedication for the video rental business and the sense of community it provides for everyone. I would not be here without their kindness and support!
We started by focusing on horror and cult classic films and in the span of 2 years have expanded our video library to include 22,000 titles representing every genre of the film industry.
What is needed: I am asking for $8,000 to help maintaining the operational costs for The Gorehound's Playground during this crisis.
The funds you donate will be used to cover all of the operational costs needed for us to break even on a monthly basis for the next two months.
The operational costs of the business also include what I need to survive on a personal basis as well.
My promise to you and the Northern Colorado community is this: Anything that is donated to this campaign above and beyond the $8,000 needed for two months of operational costs will be reinvested back into the business and the community.
Please help us preserve this cultural outlet for art and entertainment here in Northern Colorado.
Thank you for donating or for spreading the word! I could not do this without your help!
Sincerely,
Jeff Abbott and The Gorehound's Playground Family
