Hi! I am fundraising for Gillian as she is undergoing some major treatments for her Cancer diagnosis. She has stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma in the back of her skull. She is getting the best care at Mayo Hospital in Minnesota, however that means very high medical bills plus the cost of travel for every treatment and follow-up appointment. She will need to take extended leave from her job at the VA medical center which will mostly be unpaid. Gillian is extremely caring and advocates for her patients at work. She deserves the best care and should be recovering without worrying about how to pay for her treatments and travel. Please help Gillian as she is selfless, empathetic, and would give anyone the shirt off her back. The diagnosis she received is undeserving and requires a very thorough and skilled level of care. She went into treatment almost immediately after diagnosis due to the urgency of the rate of progression. She may be recovering for a very long time.
