I had an accident, while working around the house and crushed/cut my middle finger on my left hand. i am currently unable to work due to the damage to my left hand.

I require surgery to remove the finger and the costs are just to much for me to cover while i cannot work or earn money myself.

I am supposed to have surgery on thursday but need to have what is not covered in order for them to do the surgery. If i am forced to wait too much longer i may end up losing the entire hand, in which case i would never be able to do my job properly if at all.
