My name is Jennifer and I am trying to raise money for the funeral expenses for my boyfriend's brother Tom Heitzman. Tom was a loving and wonderful man who was dealt a very crappy hand when it came to his health. He lost his right leg due to diabetes, started to lose his eyesight,  had major complications from gastric bypass surgery and was in renal failure. He often told us he hoped to live to see the age 50 and he did, by one year. He loved his husband but his dogs meant the world to him. On Christmas day he was rushed to Geisinger and found to be septic from an access inside his other leg. The surgeons removed his leg but he continued to run fevers and was not able to breath on his own. We hoped and prayed he would pull through but late Monday night he had a massive stroke and he had expressed a long time ago that he never wanted to be hooked up to machines if he was not really there. It was not an easy decision but his husband, Terry and my boyfriend honored his wishes and left him go peaceful. The funeral costs are over 14,000  If you could please help I personally would appreciate it. All the proceeds go to Terry for the funeral costs. Thank you.
