Hello, this is Monica Arceo, and I am writing on behalf of the Arceo and Parks families for my sister Claudia and her husband Kent Parks. Kent had recently undergone a successful double lung transplant and heart valve replacement at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. However, there were multiple complications after surgery and sadly after weeks of fighting bravely, he passed away March 8th. While he was fortunate enough to have the majority of the hospital stay covered, Claudia will now have to cover the funeral and living expenses such as food, rent, gas, and care for their two furbabies.

Kent and Claudia had just celebrated their 23rd wedding anniversary last month. I started this fundraiser in the hopes of helping my sister out, so that she will not need to worry about anything else while dealing with this unexpected and devastating loss.
