Help Joey's Family Following His Unexpected Death

Hello, I am writing to let you know about the sudden and unexpected loss of my brother-in-law, Joseph Murders. I am helping my sister and her children raise money to bridge immediate expenses related to his passing including future lost wages while getting though this difficult time. He passed away on Friday morning November 5th in a vehicle accident while working as a commercial truck driver.

 

Joey dedicated his life to his family, which included my sister Dana, their son Cody (15) and daughters Tess (11) and Taylor (8). Joey was involved with First Baptist Church in Burnet, helping with the youth group and singing in the choir. He loved all things BBQ, cooking with his children, and A&M football! He was devoted to helping his children raise goats and the new addition of miniature Hereford heifers for FFA.

 

Dana and the children are absolutely devastated by Joey's passing and were not prepared for the unexpected cost of the now immediate funeral service for their husband and father. I've started a fundraiser to collect donations to aid Joey's family during this time of great financial uncertainty. The investigation into the accident will take some time to complete before any possible insurance benefits begin to arrive. The income Joey provided was essential for the families financial security.
