Debbie Liss, born February 24, 1960, in Winchester, IN, passed away unexpectedly at Reid Hospital due to medical complications on 9/17/2025. Debbie was an amazing lady, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to all. To know Debbie was to be blessed; she would do anything for any of her family and friends in their time of need. She was a sweet soul with a big heart and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

With Debbie’s unexpected passing, her daughter, Cassandra West, is now facing the financial burden of funeral costs and final expenses.
