Help with funeral costs and Headstone

Dwight Perry was a caring, loving kindhearted man who unfortunately experienced many hardships in his life; as a result, he struggled with drug addiction and homelessness for many years.  He at one point served in the military and was well known in the hamilton area where most described him as being friendy, funny and an all around genuine person. Dwight just lost his battle to liver cancer and his family is unable to afford funeral costs at this time so any help would be appreciated.
