Charles passed away peacefully in his sleep on the afternoon of August 20th. This was very unexpected and there wasn't any financial plans set aside. He left behind a 19 year old and his brother who are trying everything they can to figure out how to afford a funeral. They are currently struggling with funds and anything would help and be greatly appreciated.
