For Anquan Gilliam

On September 20th, Anquan Gilliam was tragically taken from his family just two days after celebrating his birthday on September 18th. Anquan was a beloved son, and this loss has left his family heartbroken beyond words. His mother, Kimverly, along with Anquan’s two sisters, found him after he had been shot more than 10 times. No mother or family should ever have to experience a loss this sudden, violent, and devastating. The pain of losing Anquan in this way is unimaginable, and his family is now facing the overwhelming grief of trying to prepare for his final resting place while mourning someone they love so deeply.

This fundraiser is being created to help Anquan’s family lay him to rest and give him the funeral and memorial he deserves.
