On August 30th our biggest nightmare came true. and I never imagined I’d be writing something like this. A few days ago, we lost our mom in a very sudden and traumatic way. This was a very unexpected death in our family, and the pain and shock of losing her so tragically feels impossible to put into words.

On top of this heartbreaking loss, there has been a strain in our family dynamic, with many unresolved issues that make everything even harder to face—both emotionally and financially. My sister and I are now left to navigate not only our grief, but also the heavy responsibilities and challenges of figuring out life without her guidance and support. We don’t have a roadmap for this new life we didn’t ask for, and it feels so overwhelming.
