It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Jacinto “Jay” Bracmort, who gained his wings on September 18, 2025.

Jay was the kind of person whose warmth could light up a room. He had a caring spirit, always ready to lend a hand or offer support, no matter what he was going through. He touched the lives of everyone he met, offering shoulder to lean on, a smile when someone needed one, and an unwavering kindness that won’t soon be forgotten.

He was a fighter to the very end, and passed peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and close friends.

As we come to terms with Jay’s passing, we are faced with the difficult task of arranging his final farewell. We want to give him the dignified and heartfelt send-off he deserves, but unfortunately, the financial burden of funeral expenses is overwhelming for our family during this already challenging time.

We are reaching out to our community for support in honoring Jay’s memory. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help alleviate the financial strain and allow us to focus on grieving and remembering him fondly.
